3. Subscription & Payments
Fees: The "Inside Knowledge" private channel is a paid subscription (£97/month or £970/year).
Billing: Your account will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to the community vault, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your GHL member portal. Access to private channels will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
5. Community Conduct
We uphold a professional environment. We reserve the right to remove any member from the GHL community without a refund if they engage in harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
6. Limitation of Liability
HMO Compliance Ltd is not liable for any fines, enforcement notices, or financial losses incurred by your business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months prior to any claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
